It is with great sadness that I read of the death of Tommy Rodgers (Obituary, February 7) for the founder of TR Logistics was a fine example of the kind of entrepreneur so desperately needed in Northern Ireland.
He had the vision to see opportunity in a European Single Market and faith in the growth of Belfast as a port.
The success of his company is a lasting tribute to a working-class hero.
