Before citing it as an example, perhaps Cllr Crawford (Write Back, April 9) ought to read the website for the GAA's Croke Park' stadium in Dublin.
It states: 'Why not use public transport and have a completely relaxing day?
'It really makes sense. For one thing you won't have to worry about your car.'
Croke is served by LUAS, DART, bus and rail.
The Maze will be accessed by car or private coach only.
No-one's going to be walking to it, and Cllr Crawford steers clear of talk of an expensive rail link!
Does Cllr Crawford expect our visitors to arrange private coach travel or hire cars to get to and from the stadium from their hotels in Belfast as well (seeing there aren't any of those in Lisburn either!)?
