Trip to Far East ideal for our MLAs

Having just come back from a two-week break in Singapore visiting my daughter, I felt I should impart to your readership my experience.
Singapore is roughly twice the size of the Isle of Man and in 40 years has become a crime-free, affluent, modern economy.
It has a transport system that is cheap and efficient and depends heavily on air conditioning.
It is truly a cosmopolitan society; many races peacefully co-habiting with each other.
It really would be cost effective to the ratepayer to pack off our ‘parish pump’ MLAs for a two-week jaunt to this marvellous country to see how and what we could be.
