Ulster people have just been abandoned

As an ex-squaddie and ex-HMP Maze officer, I take an interest in Northern Ireland events.

I do the Lottery in the hope of winning enough money to get away from a 'United' Kingdom of which I am thoroughly ashamed.

Northern Ireland's people deserved much better than the gradual abandonment brought about by underhand politics.

With regard to the flags, I would have thought that, given the shabby process started by John Major and continued by warmonger Blair, the most appropriate flag to fly would be a white one.
