By careful service planning and the right combination of stopping and express services, we have grown passenger numbers from six million-a-year to 10 million-a-year in five years, making us one of the fastest-growing railways in Europe. We will continue to upgrade our network and our passenger train fleet as funding and finances permit and look forward to developing opportunities.
