Utilities for sale?

Setting up shadow structures that reflect private corporations is the bedding down and preparation that makes it easier to float on the Stock Exchange.

Public utilities have been sold before and any UK government will do it again, when it suits.

How many Northern Ireland people hold shares in utilities that were once in public ownership?

Old time public ownership is no longer safe in the developed West. Even the Health Service charges the elderly for being kept in residential and nursing homes.

Northern Ireland people do not mind paying their way, but oppose a government that is taking the opportunity to put the arm in when probably a marginal increase would do.
