Wales won't get a look in

Published 28/05/2013

Don't worry about a name for the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland if Scotland secedes.

The constitutionally correct name is the United Kingdom of England and Northern Ireland.

Wales doesn't get a look in, having been annexed to the then-Kingdom of England by the Laws in Wales Acts 1535 and 1542.
