I imagine the Consumer Council in Northern Ireland has a pretty thankless role - they're there to represent, investigate and complain on our behalf and I'm sure they rarely get acknowledgement for their efforts.
Big campaigns, like the cost of fuel and energy, make the news, but they also beaver away on smaller problems on behalf of individuals like myself.
I want to say thanks publicly for successfully pursuing and concluding a problem I had with an airline over a delay.
The staff were knowledgeable, professional and supportive.
