We are making real difference

I WOULD like to say thank you to all the volunteers who took part in CSV Make a Difference Day this year. Tens of thousands of people across the country signed up to events and organised their own to help an individual, a cause, a group, the environment or even a whole community over the course of the two weeks of events.

I was a guest panelist at a talent contest in London organised by volunteers for volunteers to celebrate Make a Difference Day and the achievements of everyone who took part.

CSV is the leading volunteering and training charity in the UK and places around 200,000 volunteers each year. The volunteers befriend the isolated, improve the environment, increase children's literacy skills, and mentor vulnerable people.
