Welfare cuts to help the rich

I see Nelson McCausland used Tory arguments when defending the welfare cuts: if these cuts are not implemented, then health and education, will suffer.

He could have put the socialist counter-argument: if these cuts are not implemented, there will be no money for tax-cuts for the rich.
