Where is threat in flying the flag?

WOULD those who claim that the flying of the Union flag threatens them please inform Dr Richard Haass as to what this perceived threat is?

If no sensible answer is forthcoming, then Dr Haass should recommend that the flag should be restored to its original status.

Everyone should pay heed to what Northern Ireland Retail Consortium boss Aodhan Connolly has said regarding more disruption – especially nearing the Christmas season.

Any councillors who are against flying the flag should remember that closed businesses mean no rates. That would be a disaster.

As regards the Maze site, I suggest that it could be turned into allotments. The marching and parades I leave to you, Dr Haass. I wish you success.
