Why is it always the Brits' fault?

So Eamonn McCann is saying the guilty men for Bloody Sunday were let off the hook, eg General Ford, for bringing the troops into Londonderry in the first place (Comment, June 24).

Brit-bashing at it's best, nothing ever the fault of nationalists.

What about events previous to the shootings, eg the taking part in an illegal march, full-scale rioting on the streets, men carrying nail-bombs in their pockets, others carrying sub-machine guns, two policemen shot dead days beforehand?

What about the massacres by the IRA at Warrenpoint, La Mon, Kingsmill, Enniskillen, Bloody Friday? Who's to blame there, Eamonn?

I suppose that's the fault of the Brits, too.
