Will Britain pay for its bombings?

Published 02/04/2015

I can understand our politicians pushing for the present Libyan regime to pay reparations to IRA victims, but surely if we go down this road Britain will end up paying more to all the widows it has produced in all its wars and bombing campaigns.

But I think our politicians know that there won't be this level playing field.

There are no votes for them pushing for Britain to compensate the victims in Afghanistan, Iraq, and Libya - to name but a few. In Sirte alone, 15,000 people were killed by Nato bombings. Our politicians won't be campaigning on behalf of all the victims Britain has created.
