I have spent almost two hours ringing BT to avail of the ex-employee discount on a phone purchase. I have been passed from pillar to post and waited incessantly for a human voice to speak.
When they did, they gave me another number to ring, which brought me to the uncontactable number I rang in the first place. I gave up and went and bought the phone in Dixons. Progress?
