In a state about some old bones

Just two MPs have so far signed up to a campaignn to award a state funeral to the bones dug up under a Leicester car-park - if they turn out to belong to Richard III.

Tory Chris Skidmore, a keen historian who is planning a biography of the fallen monarch, says it would be a fitting tribute, even in this era of austerity, claiming a tourism boost would cover the costs.
