Michael Jackson's mother and his three children are suing his concert promoters AEG Live for billions in a case centring on the hiring of 'Dr Death' Conrad Murray who pumped Jackson with a lethal dose of the anaesthetic Propofol.
It's a well-known fact, most recently established in Randall Sullivan's meticulous and exhaustively researched biography Untouchable: The Strange Life And Tragic Death Of Michael Jackson, that Murray was hired originally by the superstar when he lived in Las Vegas, and that they became friends.
Jackson insisted on Dr Murray attending him while he prepared for his This Is It concerts in the 02 in London.
As in life, Mrs Jackson is trying to profit from her famous son even in death. Sad.
