WILLIAM McCrea, filling in for Nigel Dodds, spoke for the DUP in last week's debate on the Queen's Speech.
He offered David Cameron eight votes in the Commons in favour of an in/out referendum on the EU and said it should happen without delay.
"I agree with others who have described the EU as a bureaucratic monstrosity that robs the coffers of our nation and squanders our finances needlessly," he said.
"Let us seize the moment."
