GENERAL TERMS: 1. Open only to NI residents in possession of a valid Senior SmartPass or 60+ SmartPass Card. Translink employees and their immediate family members, and anyone directly connected with the administration of this promotion, are not eligible to be included in the selection of winning numbers. DAILY DRAWS: 2. Three SmartPass card numbers will be randomly selected by computer from all the SmartPass journeys made on Metro scheduled services, recorded on the central database for each day (Mon-Sat) from 24.03.14 to19.04.14 inclusive.3. 1 Winning SmartPass Card Number, and 2 runners up Card Numbers, will be published each day in the Belfast Telegraph, and online from noon at  www.belfasttelegraph.co.uk, exactly 1 week after the journey was made, starting on 31.03.14.. 4. All winning claims must be made by calling Translink (Tel: 028 90 66 66 30, Mon – Fri 7am to 8pm, Sat-Sun 8am to 6pm) no more than 21 days after the winning numbers have been published.  Where the holders of winning SmartPass Cards do not claim their prizes within this period, no prizes will be awarded. 5. Each £150 prize will be paid in the form of a cheque made out to the winner. 6. Winners will be required to confirm their identity in order to confirm their winning claim 7.  There will be 2 runners up each day, who will be given the choice of the following Belfast Experience prizes: A voucher for Afternoon Tea for 2 in the Europa Hotel, Belfast; a £50 Victoria Square Gift Card; Free weekday admission for 2 Senior Citizens to Titanic Belfast, with a £20 voucher for the Titanic Store.  Runners up will be asked to state their preferred Belfast Experience when they phone to claim their prize. Additional usage terms may apply to individual vouchers – full terms available from Translink prior to requesting your prize.  WEEKLY DRAWS: There will also be 4 weekly draws, closing on 29, March, 5 April, 12 April and 19 April respectively. 8. All Metro journeys made using a valid SmartPass on any day (Mon-Sat) preceding each closing date will automatically be entered into that week’s draw. 9. The draw will take place within 7 days of each draw closing date, and the winning SmartPass number will be published in the Belfast Telegraph and online from noon at  www.belfasttelegraph.co.uk on 7 Apr, 14 Apr, 21 Apr and 28 Apr respectively. 10. Each weekly winner will win an overnight stay for 2 in The Europa Hotel, based on 2 people sharing an Executive double or twin room, with dinner and breakfast included, plus a £100 Victoria Square Gift Card. Winners must make their own travel arrangements.  11. Weekly Draw Prize winners must claim their prize by calling Translink (Tel: 028 90 66 66 30, Mon – Fri 7am to 8pm, Sat-Sun 8am to 6pm) no more than 21 days after their details have been published.  Where any weekly draw prize is not claimed within this period, no prize will be awarded. 12. TRAVEL 4 TIMES TO ENTER FURTHER DRAW: Any SmartPass holder who travels 4 times or more on a Metro service during the 4 weeks of the promotion (24/03/14 – 19/04/14 inclusive) will also be eligible to be automatically entered into a further  draw to win a Luxury Belfast Short Break. Prize consists of 2 nights’ B&B for 2 in a Junior Suite in The Europa, with Dinner for 2 & champagne on 1 night, 2 Tickets to The Opera House (in the form of a £60 Belfast Opera House gift voucher), 2 complimentary admission tickets to Titanic Belfast with Afternoon Tea, plus a £200 Victoria Square Gift Card. Winners must make their own travel arrangements. 13. The draw closes 19/4/14.  The draw will take place within 7 days, and the winner’s SmartPass number will be published in the Belfast Telegraph and online from noon at  www.belfasttelegraph.co.uk on 28/04/14. 14. The winner will be selected at random by computer from all eligible SmartPass journeys made on Metro scheduled services, recorded on the central database for each day (Mon-Sat) from 24.03.14 to 19.04.14 inclusive. 15. Overall Draw Prize winner must claim their prize by calling Translink (Tel: 028 90 66 66 30, Mon – Fri 7am to 8pm, Sat-Sun 8am to 6pm) no more than 21 days after their details have been published.  Where the prize is not claimed within this period, the prize will be awarded to an alternate eligible winner, drawn at the same time. WINNERS: 16. Any one SmartPass Card can only be selected as a winner once. Once a Card number has been selected as a winner, it will not be included in any further daily draws.  17. All winners will be required to take part in publicity. 18. No responsibility can be taken for any electronic malfunction or processing delay, which will result in transactions not being included in the weekly selection of winning numbers. 19. The decision of the Promoter is final and binding in all promotional matters.  20. For a full list of winners’ names send a self-addressed envelope to the promoter’s address within 3 months of the closing date. 21. No cash alternative in whole or part to any prize (non cash).
