Coalisland middleweight Conrad Cummings will bid to land his first title when he takes on Germany's Ronny Mittag for the vacant IBF inter-continental belt at Wembley Arena on November 18.

Unbeaten Cummings, managed by former world champion Barry McGuigan, will see victory handing him the ideal platform from which to take his career to the next level.

Mittag, with a record of 28 wins, two defeats and a draw, will bring more experience to the ring, but Cummings will nevertheless be favourite to take the title on the supporting bill to George Groves.

"This is a fantastic opportunity for me to showcase my skills in front of a large television audience on Spike TV and to pick up my first belt as a professional," said Cummings, who is eager to make his mark on the domesatic middleweight scene.
