Stephen Craigan: D-day looming large for Rangers

I'm looking forward to seeing The Rangers play when I'm up at their game at Elgin City on Sunday.

It’s the battle of the top two in the Irn-Bru Third Division with Rangers looking like they have finally adjusted to their new surroundings.

Since their shock defeat at bottom of the table Stirling Albion in early October they have won their last four league games, scoring 12 goals in the process.

Sunday’s game could see Rangers finally open up a bit of daylight between them and their nearest challengers in the division.

Also Ally McCoist will be interested to see if his players can deal with the pressures of getting away from their rivals.

It may only be the Third Division but a lot of the Rangers players aren’t used to fighting for titles, Sunday could be a defining day for them.
