It's super so far for Ally McCoist

It may have escaped your notice that Rangers have won 12 games out of 12 in Scottish League One. Some going.

Rubbish you may say, they should be winning every match 5-0.

True, they have superior players, but don't forget for the opposition taking on Rangers is the biggest match of their lives and the desire to beat them is intense, so for Ally McCoist's men to have maximum points is worthy of praise, especially with the club's financial future still so uncertain.

I'm pleased for McCoist (pictured) and although they wouldn't admit it, Celtic fans should be too.

The sooner the Gers return to the top flight the better for all concerned, including Celtic who could do with some competition in the Scottish Premiership and the excitement that Old Firm derbies bring.
