Published 07/08/2013

DERRIAGHY confirmed league form to win the all-NCU RSA National Cup semi-final against Laurelvale.

They will now meet Malahide in the final on Sunday August 25.

The semi-final at Laurelvale turned into a bowler-dominated match with Richard Wilson the star performer, taking six for 34 as Derriaghy were bowled out for 119, but he ended up on the losing side as the home team, who have won only one of their first 10 league games, crashed to 70 all out with Craig Lewis taking four for 23. The teams meet again in the league at Queensway on Saturday.
