Dundee Stars move up to second after crushing win

Dundee Stars are up to second in the Elite League after hammering Manchester Storm 7-2.

Dundee were 2-1 down after the first period but they hit six unanswered goals over the remaining 40 minutes to ease home, with Doug Clarkson bagging a hat-trick.

Belfast remain top of the fledgling standings but they needed overtime to see off Nottingham Panthers 2-1, with Kris Beech scoring the match-winning goal.
