Euro 2016 countdown: Little chance, unless Andy can make Blackpool rock

Northern Ireland manager Michael O'Neill may be making a trip to Blackpool in the coming months.

No, not to visit the Tower or to taste some rock, but to watch a couple of Northern Ireland internationals.

Martin Paterson is already with the League One outfit and now Andy Little has joined them.

Fermanagh man Little has opted to sign on loan from Preston until January 2 having failed to make a single first-team appearance so far this season for North End following their promotion to the Championship.

Little is a proud Northern Ireland man who would dream of playing at the Euro 2016 finals, but, like fellow front man Paterson, he will have to deliver some startling displays at club level to have any sort of chance.

In short the former Rangers striker is going to have to make Blackpool rock!
