Northern Ireland boss Michael O'Neill may receive a call from his Republic of Ireland counterpart Martin O'Neill depending on how the draw for the Euro 2016 play-offs turns out tomorrow.

The Republic, who finished third behind Germany and Poland in their group, are unseeded for the draw and therefore will meet Bosnia and Herzegovina, Ukraine, Sweden or Hungary.

If it is Hungary, Northern Ireland's 1982 World Cup skipper will be keen to hear O'Neill's take on the opposition. After all, Northern Ireland defeated the Hungarians 2-1 in Budapest and drew 1-1 with them in Belfast in the qualifying campaign....results which would take the Republic to France, meaning two men called M O'Neill leading their teams in the finals.

The other unseeded sides are Denmark, Norway and Slovenia. The two-legged play-offs are next month.
