The tension surrounding Monday night's play-off with Bosnia was clearly evident as Republic of Ireland star Robbie Keane was involved in a angry exchange with a Bosnian coach prior to kick-off.

Ireland’s record goals scorer will start form the bench tonight as Martin O’Neill’s side hold the advantage of a 1-1 away draw to Bosnia in the quest to reach Euro 2016.

As both sides underwent their final preparations on the pitch, the LA Galaxy striker became riled after the Bosnians repeatedly kicked balls into the Irish half while practicing their kick-outs in the warm-up.

Keane took exception and exchanged words with a member of the Bosnian coaching team.
