The dream for Wales continues. They are now in the semi-finals of Euro 2016 and are savouring the prospect of facing Portugal and the mighty Cristiano Ronaldo for a place in the decider following a stunning 3-1 victory over Belgium.

Sam Vokes' superb late header in Lille last night sealed a famous triumph to deservedly send Chris Coleman's men towards a showdown with the Portuguese in Lyon on Wednesday after Ashley Williams and Hal Robson-Kanu had netted earlier.

And this having gone behind to a brilliant Radja Nainggolan strike after 13 minutes.

Wales may have been fortunate to beat Northern Ireland in the last round, but there was nothing lucky about this historic success. They didn't even rely on world class Gareth Bale, who will now come up against Real Madrid pal Ronaldo. This was all about a wonderful team effort.

Coleman said: "We were amazing. It was a great performance and we will look forward to the semi-final with Portugal."
