David Beckham's advisers are confident of arranging another meeting between his Major League Soccer employer, LA Galaxy, and Milan, where he is on loan until 9 March, by the end of the week to decide finally the midfielder's future.
Beckham wants to stay at the Serie A club to increase his chances of a fourth World Cup in 2010. MLS said a deal had to be done by last Friday but Milan and Beckham's advisors are still confident of agreeing the move.
"I think there is time to find a solution," Milan coach Carlo Ancelotti said after Sunday's 2-1 defeat by Internazionale.
