Beckham's Milan return set for January

Published 27/10/2009

AC Milan vice-president Adriano Galliani is “100 per cent certain” David Beckham will return to the San Siro in the January transfer window.

The England midfielder has been strongly linked with a second loan spell at Milan to improve his chances of making Fabio Capello's World Cup squad next summer.

Galliani said: “Beckham's arrival is certain to happen, 100 per cent. The agreement is done and all that is missing are the signatures.”

Beckham, 34, returned to the Los Angeles Galaxy in the summer after a successful six-month loan spell with Milan who finished fourth in Serie A.
