The Fernando Torres goal against Barcelona rubber-stamped Chelsea's place in the UEFA Champions League final but it is Gary Neville's unique reaction that has made the biggest impact on YouTube, Twitter and Facebook.
Viewers were taken aback when the the Sky analyst and former Manchester United player let out a strange moaning sound, described as a 'goalgasm' some by internet users, as £50m man Torres closed in on goal at Camp Nou.
Neville later blamed his high-pitched screams of pleasure on a sore throat and tweeted a photo of some Strepsils.
While Chelsea's stunning victory over Barcelona will live long in the memory of football fans, Neville's commentary on Torres's goal may be the most enduring moment on the internet.
