We're chasing trophy treble, says Lowry

By Graham Luney

Stephen Lowry says Linfield are now dreaming of a trophy treble after booking their place in the Tennent's Irish Cup final.

David Healy's side have already won the County Antrim Shield and will now face Coleraine in the May showpiece after Lowry's winner in the semi-final against Dungannon Swifts at Mourneview Park.

On Saturday the Blues can reduce Crusaders' lead at the top of the Danske Bank Premiership to one point with a victory at Windsor Park and blow the title race wide open with four games left after this weekend.

Lowry says the players are on a high after reaching the Irish Cup decider and they are ready to test Crusaders' mettle this weekend.

"We can look forward to the league games. Had we lost this semi-final the pressure would have been intense for the next few games and it's still there but we know we have the Irish Cup Final to come and we will fight for everything," he said.
