Marty Quinn has placed four of his Glenavon players on the transfer list.
The new year clearout has started at the Lurgan Blues with goalkeeper Tuda Murphy, left back Mark Turkington, striker Gary Liggett and midfielder Adrian Harper made available to other clubs.
Loughgall have expressed an interest in securing the services of Liggett on loan until the end of the season.
Quinn, who has added Barry Johnston and Hugh Davey to his panel, wants fresh faces to stop the rot at Mourneview Park.
“The lads were obviously disappointed but there was an acceptance there as well.
“I had a good chat with them and told them they won’t be treated any differently while they remain at the club so they’ll maybe have the opportunity to prove me wrong,” Quinn said.
“There’s a possibility that Gary will go to Loughgall on loan and [Loughgall manager] Niall Currie will be talking to him about that.
“I am speaking to a couple of players with a view to bringing them to Mourneview Park.”
