Glentoran to face Larne in Friday friendly

Glentoran will play Larne on Friday night (7.30pm) in the last of their pre-season friendlies.

The Glens were due to face Coagh United on Saturday afternoon, but that has since been cancelled and Larne will provide the opposition before the big kick-off the following week at Lisburn Distillery.

Admission prices for the match will be £6 and £4 for concessions and season ticket holders will gain half-price entry.

Meanwhile, Stafford Reynolds has stepped down from his role as vice-chairman of the Glens.

Reynolds, who is a former chairman and chief executive at the Oval, will remain on the board of directors but will be replaced as vice-chairman by Brian Gilliland.
