Kirk set to unveil new look Lisburn Distillery

Lisburn Distillery boss Paul Kirk has promised to wield the axe to breathe fresh life into his side’s JJB Sports Premiership campaign.

The Whites made a strong start to their league assault but back to back defeats to Crusaders and Linfield have wiped smiles off faces.

Before the season kicked off few pundits would have backed Bangor to sweep aside Kirk’s troops at Clandeboye Park today but the Seasiders are riding on the crest of a wave at the moment.

Marty Quinn’s side are smiling again after consecutive away victories against Ballymena United and Dungannon Swifts.

Kirk said: “Ben Browne, Gary’s brother, will get his full debut and I will change the system as well as personnel.

“I need to shake things up to get improved results and performances. Bangor work extremely hard but this is a big six-pointer for us.”
