Vote for the Championship 1 Player of the Month - October

Andy Crawford - Ballinamallard United
Andy Crawford - Ballinamallard United
There is no doubt Ballinamallard United are the team of the moment. The Mallards are currently sitting on top spot and are looking good for promotion. Andy Crawford has been their main man this month, the former Linfield striker scored against Ards, Bangor and Glebe Rangers.
James Hand - Newry City
It's been a bad few days for Newry City. Not only did they lose control of top spot in the Belfast Telegraph Championship promotion battle, but they were also deducted three points for fielding an illegible player against Institute. Well, it's not all bad news. James Hand is up for our player of the month.
Chris Kingsberry - Banbridge Town
It might seem strange to put a player forward who is playing for a team in the relegation zone, but Chris Kingsberry has had a massive influence of Banbridge Town's recent improved performance. Kingsberry now plays in the centre of midfield where he has played a key role in helping Town's many young players.
Johnny Lafferty - Dergview
Dergview have impressed more than a few people this season, and while Ryan Campbell might be the goalscorer, Johnny Lafferty has been equally impressive. The rangy midfielder ran the show against at Darragh Park at the start of the month.
Dean Youle - Bangor
Bangor have proved themselves to be a genuine contender for the title this season with their 3-2 win over Newry City. The man who has stood out for them in recent weeks has been versatile defender Dean Youle.
