If I was a Linfield player I would be itching to take on Crusaders at Windsor Park on Saturday in what is the biggest game of the season so far in the Irish League.

The Linfield boys must be sick and tired of waking up the morning after a vital game between the sides knowing they've lost again.

This is their chance to change the record and make a statement in the title race.

David Healy will have the Blues fired up for the match between the top two. He was a strong appointment as manager of Linfield. Believe me he has the steel and grit for the job. Don't think because he is a nice guy that he is a soft touch.

The fact that he is the most popular player in Northern Ireland in the last 20 years and has chosen to manage here is also a welcome boost for the Irish League.

He can do well at Linfield, but this game may just come too early for him.

For me Crusaders are the stronger side right now and have the players in attack to hurt Linfield. Paul Heatley is fantastic at taking chances and Jordan Owens is a real handful for defenders. When I have watched Owens I cannot recall a centre back getting the better of him. I'm going for Crusaders to win...again.
