Darren Murphy has promised to ring the changes ahead of Dungannon Swifts' trip to Ballinamallard United this evening.

Murphy was left unimpressed after his side's opening day defeat against Carrick Rangers.

And he has warned that some players will pay the price for a dismal performance.

"If one or two of them are missing from Wednesday night's team, that will not be down to me. It will be down to their own performance," he said.

Two goals from Miguel Chines condemned Dungannon to a sobering opening day defeat.

Now they head to Ferney Park aiming to kick-start their season at the second attempt, but it will not be easy against a Ballinamallard side aiming to open their home campaign with a victory. Whitey Anderson's men won 1-0 at Warrenpoint Town at the weekend.

Murphy added: "It becomes a hugely difficult game because they are coming off the back of a big result.

"It's a hard place to go, a long way to travel, and we're obviously coming off the back of a poor, poor result."

Dale Montgomery and Dougie Wilson could come into the Swifts side.

"Rest assured it will not be the same XI," Murphy added.
