Nacho Novo has spelt out his determination to make Glentoran a title-winning force.

The former Rangers star became one of the biggest names to ever sign for an Irish League club when his move to the Glens was confirmed yesterday.

"I know the club is quite excited. They want success," said 37-year-old Novo.

"The club wants to try to win the league, get into Europe and I am excited by that too.

"Hopefully we can push forward together and make all things happen, because we can do it. If we have a winning mentality and a fighting spirit we can have success."
