Fermanagh & Western League round-up November 23
Division 1 league leaders Enniskillen Town United played host to Fintona Swifts at the weekend and they experienced little trouble in picking up the three points after strolling to a 5-1 win.
Goals came from Gary Lynch (2), Stevie Chambers, Ciaran Beacom and Stephen Clarke. Sean Marlow hit a consolation goal for the visitors.
Lisbellaw United's title hopes received a setback when they were held to a 2-2 draw at home to struggling Dergview Reserves, Raymond Carroll and Darren Rodgers with their goals.
Killen Rangers ran riot at home to Shelbourne with Scott Sproule scoring a hat-trick, Jimmy Sproule grabbing two and Ray Lindsay, Ian Burke, Nathan Milliam and Graham Young all finding the net as it finished 9-0.
There were plenty of goals in the Tyrone derby between Tummery Athletic and Strathroy Harps, with a cracking encounter finishing 4-4. Darren Teague and Benny Boyle were among the goals for Harps.
Goals from Michael Brown and Craig Breen saw Beragh Swifts secure a 2-1 victory at home to inform Lisnaskea Rovers.
Division 2 leaders NFC Kesh had to pull out all the stops to win an unbelievable encounter away to Spamount Swifts 5-4. Mark Jones hit a hat-trick for the winners with Nicky Noble and Ellis their other marksmen on the day, Aidan Connolly with a hat-trick for the hosts with player-manager Barry Devenney also on target.
Eamon McGrath scored twice for a Glebe United side who were held at home to a 2-2 draw by Drumquin United while Peter Law got a consolation goal for Lisnarick, who went down 4-1 to Enniskillen Santos.
St Patrick’s were 2-0 winners away to Maguiresbridge while goals from Lee Glass and Andy Carlton saw Derrychara United defeat Strule United 2-1 at home. Irvinestown Wanderers recorded a 3-1 win away to Sion Mills Rec, with Caolan Flanagan, Gary Maguire and Mickey McAleer getting their goals.
In Division 3, Mick McCullagh, Paddy Magee and Mark O'Sullivan (2) were on target for Omagh Hospitals as they won 4-2 at Erne Rovers. Alan Gregg and Seamus Ryder got the goals for the hosts.
Ardstraw Reserves won 3-2 at Dunbreen Rovers while Stevie Staffors, JJ McAleer, Niall Bradley, Scott Armstrong and Stewart Armstrong were all on target as Orchard Farm beat Augher Stars 7-3.
