Adebayor dismisses move to Turkey

Tottenham striker Emmanuel Adebayor insists he is looking forward to next season with the club and denied all knowledge of an agent claiming to represent him.

Reports in the Turkish media this week quoted Mehdi Isik, claiming to be the Togo international's new agent, saying the 31-year-old was interested in a move to the country.

However, Adebayor dismissed the stories, writing on Twitter: "For the record I have seen some articles regarding a transfer to teams in Turkey.

"I can confirm I have never heard of Mehdi Isik who has said he is my agent and have never discussed any move to Turkey.

"I am very happy with Tottenham and look forward 2 the next season with them."
