Bolton deepen Wolves' woes
Bolton came from behind to claim a vital 3-2 victory at Molineux and leave rock-bottom Wolves seemingly staring relegation in the face.
After dominating the first half without managing to convert, the hosts deservedly broke the deadlock in the 53rd minute through the lively Michael Kightly, but they subsequently imploded.
Martin Petrov's penalty (63) and further goals from Marcos Alonso (80) and Kevin Davies (84) saw them fall 3-1 behind, with Matt Jarvis' 88th-minute response proving a mere consolation.
Kightly lofted a free-kick forward which Steven Fletcher did well to keep in and the ball came to Sylvan Ebanks-Blake, who brought a save out of Adam Bogdan.
Fletcher saw a shot cleared off the line by Ryo Miyaichi and then headed against the bar.
Kightly received the ball from Ebanks-Blake, darted past Alonso and arrowed a shot beyond Bogdan.
Bolton equalised when former Wolves man Mark Davies went down after being challenged by Roger Johnson in the box and Petrov buried the penalty.
David Ngog headed Petrov's cross against the bar and Alonso converted from close range.
Bolton substitute Chris Eagles found Kevin Davies who slotted past Wayne Hennessey.
Jarvis pulled a goal back two minutes from the end.
