Premier League side Fulham FC has forked out for a dozen chickens in a bid to lower food costs.
The new ‘wingers’ will be kept at the club’s London grounds where their eggs will feed the team’s 90-a-day habit.
The team say the chickens are expected to cut annual food bills by £5,000.
