Tickets for the Europa League final between Liverpool and Sevilla are being offered on resale websites for as much as £30,000.

With Liverpool allocated just 10,600 tickets inside the 35,000-capacity St Jakob-Park in Basel, demand massively exceeded supply and many lucky enough to acquire tickets are now cashing in on the second-hand market.

Sevilla returned 2,000 unsold tickets, 1,600 of which were given to Liverpool.

Thousands of ticketless Liverpool fans will make the trip to Basel for tomorrow night's clash but police are not anticipating trouble.

On resale website Ticketbis, dozens of seats remained available ranging in price from £654 for a bottom-category neutral section ticket to £15,154 for a premium category A seat overlooking the halfway line.

VIP seats were also on offer from £5,682 to an eye-watering £30,307. The cheapest ticket in the Liverpool section was priced at £848 and the most expensive was £7,577.
