Jose Mourinho was sent to the stands again as Manchester United were held to a 1-1 draw by West Ham at Old Trafford.

The United boss was dismissed for the second time in a month after kicking a water bottle in a furious reaction to a booking for Paul Pogba.

Diafra Sakho put the Hammers ahead after just 90 seconds before Zlatan Ibrahimovic equalised after 21 minutes.

TWEET OF THE MATCH

"I just don't understand why Mourinho can't 'enjoy' managing Utd. And his team have played well today. Why so miserable Jose?" - TV presenter Richard Keys (@richardajkeys) ponders Mourinho's actions on the touchline.

STAR MAN

Darren Randolph. The West Ham goalkeeper has taken his chance with both hands since being given an opportunity in place of Adrian. He made a number of fine saves to frustrate United.

VIEW FROM THE BENCH

Mourinho's 'view from the bench' ended after 27 minutes when he was sent to the stands once again. This time it was for kicking a water bottle in fury after Paul Pogba was booked for diving. The Portuguese will face disciplinary action from the Football Association yet again.

SURPRISE OF THE MATCH

Prior to his dismissal, Mourinho had sprung a surprise by including Bastian Schweinsteiger among his substitutes. It was the German World Cup winner's first involvement in a matchday squad this season. It remains to be seen whether the recall means the 32-year-old still has a future at Old Trafford, but his experience could prove useful on occasions.
