Protesters occupy Bank of Ireland building

Prostesters have occupied a former Bank of Ireland building in Belfast city centre.

Around a dozen people from the 'Occupy Belfast' movement are taking part in the protest at the premises on the corner of North Street and Royal Avenue.

Masked men and women have appeared at the windows of the building and banners have been erected on the outside of the bank.

Police are at the scene but have so far not attempted to enter the building.
