Betting has been suspended on Roy Keane becoming the next manager of Celtic.The Manchester United legend and former Bhoys star - current Republic of Ireland assistant manager under Ulsterman Martin O'Neill - is believed to be in pole position for the post.

Ronny Deila will vacate the position when the Hoops' season ends at home to Motherwell on Sunday with Celtic crowned as champions.

Ulstermen Neil Lennon, Brendan Rodgers and Northern Ireland manager Michael O'Neill are still believed to be on the Celtic radar.

Deila will freshen his side up for the Premiership clash with St Johnstone at McDiarmid Park tonight.

Skipper Scott Brown and defender Dedryck Boyata remain out with hamstring problems, while Charlie Mulgrew is battling a tight hamstring. Centre-back Jozo Simunovic is out with a knee injury.
