Croke Park set for double header

The All-Ireland champions in both codes could be set to feature in a mouth-watering double bill at Croke Park.

Dublin are scheduled to have two home games on Saturday February 19, with the footballers facing All-Ireland champions Cork and the hurlers taking on Liam McCarthy Cup holders Tipperary.

And with Parnell Park capable of holding just 12,000, GAA headquarters is expected to host the games as a double bill.

Dublin last played a National League game at Croke Park in 2009, when the footballers lost to Tyrone in front of 79,000 spectators as part of the GAA's centenary celebrations.
