Crossmaglen progress to semis

Crossmaglen secured their place in the All-Ireland Club SFC semi-finals with a 1-8 to 0-5 win over British champions Neasden Gaels.

Aaron Kernan scored two points to help the Armagh side take a 0-5 to 0-2 lead at the break before veteran Oisin McConville helped them go further in front with a five-points haul, three of them from frees.

The Ulster champions sealed victory in stoppage time with the only goal of the game which was finished to the net by Francis Hanratty.
