Defensive role for O'Sullivan

Kerry attacker Darran O'Sullivan has been handed a defensive role for the McGrath Cup opener against IT Tralee on Sunday.

O'Sullivan will play at let half back on a team that has just four survivors from the side that lost last year's All-Ireland quarter-final to Down. The others are goalkeeper Brendan Kealy and forwards Donncha Walsh and Kieran Donaghy.

Anthony Maher and David Moran, who came on as substitutes against the Mournemen, start in midfield.
