Early bird Gary Reilly goes in for Kill

Killeeshil breezed into the Ulster Junior Championship final when they proved too strong for Donegal champions Milford at Brewster Park in Enniskillen yesterday.

The Tyrone champions dominated early on with Gary Reilly hitting 1-3, his goal coming from the penalty spot, before the sides exchanged two points apiece.

On the restart the Tyrone champions assumed control again with Packie McMullan, Monaghan, Reilly and Shane Mallon all landing points.

Luke Barrett and James Doyle responded but Killeeshil hit back with former Tyrone star Kevin Hughes landing an inspirational score.

With a minute left to play David Curley got a Milford goal but it was only a consolation score at that stage. Sixty seconds later great approach play from Hughes set up Monaghan for a well taken goal and that was followed up by a point from fellow substitute Conor McElvogue.

Killeeshil's reward is a final meeting with Monaghan champions Emyvale.
